MR. CHRISTOPHER MSHAMBA

THE BOARD CHAIRPERSON AND DIRECTOR

Board Chairman of Equal Chances Support Kenya and a Co-founder. Chris is also a coordinator of the Dutch Foundation ‘Equal Chances’ in The Netherlands. Dutch Foundation organization has been supporting both projects in Kenya since 2006. Together with a small team of enthusiastic sponsors, volunteers and well-wishers both in Kenya and Netherland, Equal Chances will support Education.
The organization will support nutritional meals for kids cannot attend schools with an empty stomach. ‘Bread and Books’ for the less fortunate children are our main objectives and giving them opportunities for a brighter better future.
Chris Mshamba has previously worked as a Supply Chain Officer and Programme Officer with United Nation in various countries including Kenya, Ethiopia, Sudan, Lesotho and Cameroon.

MRS JACINTTA THAIMUTA

VICE CHAIRPERSON AND THE TREASURER

Ms. Jacinta is Manager of the Saint Dorcas Education Centre in Nairobi. Mr. Joseph is the administrator. at the same center. The two are also the pioneer member of the Equal Chances Support Foundation.
Ms. Jacinta Nduru Thaimuta, is the Equal Chances Support Foundation Treasurer and Board Member. She is also the Manager and Founder of St Dorcas Education Centre based in Dagoreti, Nairobi West. Ms. Jacinta has been partner with Equal Chances Support Foundation since 2008. Ms. Jacinta is a trained Graduate Teacher, married, and a mother
Saint Dorcas Education is as a result of interdenominational fellowship which was started in August 2005. The members used to meet every Wednesday to feed, encourage and share the word of God with the needy families. It was in that process that the Founders realized in Kwa Ng’ang’a slums around the community, many children were not going to school. Many of them happened to be orphan from single parents, vulnerable and HIV/AID affected and infected. The group extended their hand and help children. This was after realizing that visiting a family once and another one next could bear fruits. The child that is given education and feeding programme can rely on themselves in the future.

MS LILIAN LISANZA

THE BOARD SECRETARY

Madam Lilian Minayo Lisanza was appointed as the Equal Chances Support Foundation Board Secretary in October 2021. She is also the Child Support Center School Manager in Mombasa. Madam Lilian is one of the first volunteer to teach in Child Support Center in Mombasa, in which she joined in 2010. She comes in with a teaching passion as her career. In 2007 she started teaching in Shalom Day Care Centre as Un-Trained Teacher. Madam Lilian also served as a school manager, head teacher and Bursar.
Madam Lilian was born in 1982 Kakamega western part of Kenya. She went to School at Bushiangala primary and later joined Butere high school and did the Kenya national exams. Madam Lilian is Married, a Christian and a mother with three children one boy and two girls. In her Church Congregation she also serve as a Mombasa County Women Secretary and a Choir Member.

In her own words she say

‘ I thank God for Equal Chances Support foundation for the sponsorship which enabled me do my certificate coarse making me be happy teacher and making my dreams come true. I pray for more blessings to Equal Chances Support Foundation’

In her private hobby she likes travelling and singing.

MS. CLARISE OSORE

Board Member, Advocate, High Court Of Kenya.

Ms. Clarise Osore, is the Board Member of Equal Chances Support Foundation Kenya. She is an advocate of High Court of Kenya, and currently practicing law with Mmbone Osore and Associate Advocate Kenya.

Ms. Clarise attained her Post Graduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law, and is a Bachelor of Law (LLB), graduate from Moi University Kenya.

While in her busy career and tight schedule, Ms. Clarise still find time to participate in Child Sport activities in the Foundation. Equal Chances Support Foundation is grateful for the voluntary legal services and support that Advocate Clarise has continued to offer to the Board.

Board Member
